SHIPPING COSTS:

All the items displayed in our online shop are normally available and shipped within 24–48 hours.

Granidisenape.com ships worldwide and works with the most important specialized couriers (Poste Italiane, Bartolini, UPS, DHL, and FedEx), ensuring efficiency and reliability.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to confirm dispatch. A few hours later, the courier will provide you with a link and tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment online.

IMPORTANT: If you require an invoice, you must request it before finalizing your order by entering your Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) or VAT number (Partita IVA) during registration. Failure to provide this information will prevent you from requesting an invoice later.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
IMPORTANT: For the United Kingdom, USA, and non-EU countries, the indicated shipping costs do not include customs duties.

For orders destined outside the EU, shipments must be accompanied by an invoice issued to the buyer. Entering a tax code is required; otherwise, the goods may not clear customs.
